On April 19, 2011 Electrosoft received a new Statement of work to perform the remaining security assessments for the Cloud (Infrastructure as a Service or IaaS) computing infrastructure. In addition, Electrosoft was selected to perform continuous monitoring tasks for the Cloud computing Infrastructure once it completes the GSA Assessment and Authorization process in accordance with FedRAMP.

Electrosoft was part of the winning SRA Team for the TIPSS 4 Full & Open IDIQ contract from the IRS. TIPSS 4 is a ten-year (1 base, 9 option years) multi-award contract vehicle that provides sources of information processing support services to the Department of the Treasury.

Electrosoft was a part of one of two winning teams for the ITS-BISS2 contract from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This is a five-year BPA award. Electrosoft’s role is to support task orders in the area of information security management and compliance.

Electrosoft was awarded a task order from National Gallery of Art to perform security certification and accreditation of another Gallery information system in accordance with the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) and related NIST standards and guidelines.

Dr. Sarbari Gupta speaks at the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) AppSec DC 2010 conference held at the Washington Convention Center. Dr. Gupta’s presentation was entitled “Protecting Federal Government from Web 2.0 Application Security Risks”.
