The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Systems Integration Support (SiS) contract is a five-year multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).

The purpose of the HHS HSPD-12 ICAM SiS BPA is to maintain, operate, and enhance the comprehensive Identity and Access Management program at HHS (IAM@HHS) and ICAM systems and shared services in compliance with government-wide standards for secure and reliable forms of identification and authentication.

To fulfil the full scope of the BPA, HHS has created two categories for BPA awards: Domain 1 (Unrestricted) and Domain 2 (Small Business ONLY.)
