Mark Hopkins is a performance-driven executive with nearly 30 years of federal technology market experience. He is responsible for Electrosoft’s opportunity pipeline development and sustainment, market and trend analysis, and the development and nurturing of strategic partnerships.

A proactive and organized leader, Mark has a deep understanding of the entire business development and capture lifecycle — and a track record of developing lasting relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues. He is a practiced and creative problem-solver who embraces and scales industry best practices to pursue opportunities, cultivate partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Mark has served in BD leadership roles at small and mid-sized federal civilian and defense companies, including AT&T Government Solutions and ECCO Select.
